Michael founded TELOSYNT in New York in 2001, following a decade advising senior executives and legal counsel on complex communications and reputational mandates.
Prior to establishing the firm, he worked as a strategic advisor within a leading New York litigation practice, counselling principals directly on matters involving regulatory exposure, executive transition, and institutional risk. His client work has spanned financial services, private equity, family-held enterprises, and sovereign institutions across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Over more than two decades, the firm has maintained a consistent practice: a deliberately small number of retained clients, counsel led from the top, and a policy of strict non-disclosure across all mandates.
